ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
ISSUES WITH COMMUNICATION
This is the most common issue between couples. Misunderstandings and misinterpretations happen between couples, creating communication gaps. Ineffective techniques like not actively listening or expressing emotions clearly can lead to conflicts and distance.
“I can’t keep doing this!”
“I used to feel so in love, what happened.”
FRUSTRATION WITH SEXUALITY
Exploring and understanding personal and partner's sexuality is complex. Frustration can arise when desires, preferences, or sexual needs aren't effectively communicated or fulfilled. Open conversations, non-judgmental attitudes, seeking professional guidance, and prioritizing respect and consent help address sexual frustrations.
“Why does it seem so hard to connect.”
“Life just keeps moving so fast, we don't have time to work on this stuff.”
“We want to have sex, but it seems like we can't make it happen.”
IT DOESN'T FEEL LIKE IT DID IN THE BEGINNING
As relationships evolve, the initial excitement transforms into a deeper, stable bond. However, if a relationship feels significantly different from the start, various factors may be at play. These include lack of shared interests, decreased emotional connection, increased responsibilities, or unresolved issues. Open communication, quality time, and rekindling shared experiences can reignite the spark and fulfill the relationship. Addressing underlying concerns is important too.
“I just keep looking at old pictures and wanting those feelings back.”
“We avoid difficult conversations often.”

Hey Y'all! I'm Maddie
I’m Maddie Hundley, MMFT, LMFT. I just moved from West Hollywood, CA back to Austin, Texas.
I got my Master's in Marriage & Family Therapy from USC and I have been working, learning, & teaching about sexuality for the past 7 years while seeing a full caseload of clients weekly.
Through my education & being a therapist, I found that there was so much sexuality info that folx didn't have access to!
Folx of all genders, cultures, & identities deserve to understand their bodies & sexuality and ask questions they have always wanted to know the answers to without shame or judgment.
I always felt like I was stuck in between two generations, my experience didn't always align with what I was seeing from Millennials or Gen-Zers, this is modern sexuality for the Zillennial.
Through books, games, & media I'm sharing my knowledge of sexuality in a creative new way!
